At LineLight Laser Works, we strive to ensure your custom parts and materials arrive safely and on time. Below is our shipping policy outlining the terms and expectations for order delivery.
1. Processing Time

All orders are processed after final design approval and payment confirmation.

Standard lead time varies depending on the size and complexity of the job but typically ranges from 3 to 10 business days.

You will be notified via email when your order is ready to ship or available for local pickup.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer shipping through major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS, based on the nature of the order and your location. Freight shipping is available for large or heavy items.

Shipping method and cost will be quoted during the order process.

Customers may also provide their own shipping account or schedule a pickup.
3. Expedited Shipping

Expedited or rush shipping options are available upon request and subject to additional fees.

Requests for expedited shipping must be made prior to order processing and are dependent on carrier availability.

Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable once the package has been dispatched.
4. Packaging & Insurance

All shipments are securely packaged to minimize damage during transit.

Insurance is available for all shipments and is strongly recommended, especially for high-value or fragile items.

Insurance fees will be added to the shipping cost unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Customers must notify us of any damage claims within 7 days of delivery and provide documentation as required.
5. Local Pickup

6. Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to meet promised delivery timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

Weather or natural events

Supply chain or material sourcing issues

Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer
We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
7. Lost or Missing Shipments
If your package is marked as delivered but is not received:

Check with neighbors or other household members

Wait 1–2 days (sometimes packages are marked delivered prematurely)

Contact us if the package still hasn’t arrived, and we’ll help file a claim
LineLight Laser Works is not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
8. Recurring Shipments & B2B Clients

For B2B clients with ongoing or recurring orders, we offer scheduled shipments based on agreed intervals.

Recurring shipments require upfront agreement on quantities, specifications, and payment terms.

Shipping costs and terms will be detailed in the service agreement or purchase order.

Clients are responsible for reviewing shipment contents upon delivery and notifying us of any discrepancies within 7 days.
9. International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. For international orders, please contact us directly to discuss feasibility, lead times, and customs compliance.
